Fibrous Plaster
Valued for centuries for its versatility and the high quality of its finished surface, fibrous plaster is a material used primarily for interior applications. Consisting of fine gypsum casting plaster reinforced with jute (otherwise known as hessian) and timber lathes to incorporate cast-in fixing points, fibrous plaster is moulded to produce a wide range of design intent - from simple to highly ornate.
